One.com is ok, but don't use it after the first year.  Change domain name ownership for the last moth to namecheap, and then when it expires re-obtain the domain from one.com.

Namecheap is a great service. When I use One.com it's strictly for getting free domain names. After 60 days you can transfer it free of cost to Namecheap and you end up paying $0.00 for a TLD.
