Morphine wasn't stronger enough so they had to up their game, i can say right now, no matter how painful you are it helps, i was off to wonderland saying weird shit, i loved it.

They refused to go higher than morphine for me since I smoke, they thought I would be at risk for addiction.

Which also led to it not doing shit because as I explained to them morphine has never had much effect on most of my family.
