Make the profits for drug farming higher. The profits are very minimal and isn't worth the effort you make way more from your printers.

Why this would not be a good idea:

1. Drug farming is not intended for just drugs alone. With a start up fee of only $3500, there is no wonder that printers (which cost ~$10,000 fully upgraded) make more money. However, as you level up in the system, your profit increases and you end up making quite a nice amount.

2. Its original amount (1.0) made quite a lot with evidence backed by Oni and Tarew. The current nerf is only .75 (25% decrease) and with the NPC reselling boosting it up by 25%, it's pretty much the same amount as before except (by theory) the extra 25% boost by NPC.
