Remove guns from the mob, them spawning with gun is stupid. You want money sinks in the game. The cop class should be the only ones to spawn with guns because they are funded by the government. Instead of the mob add Gangs, a red gang, blue gang, yellow gang, green gang. Each gang will have Boss.

Give the Thief class back the ability to raid they shouldn't be force to be lead by someone because the slot is full.
