I am very excited for the return, though.
Its well known Jeremy has a rock star temperament. I really don't care what he does behind the scenes, hes an entertainer. When the story first broke, alot of those involved acted like this was a case of Jeremy having a very bad day.
My honest thoughts on the whole thing is, that Jeremy is known for his non politically correct antics, and many times its gotten the BBC into trouble. To me, it sounded like the BBC was looking for an excuse to fire him, and he, stupidly, gave them one.
