My favorite programming language is C++ so far, I do love C# (I've a very little experience but I consider it to be one of my favorites), Python and PHP too.
Python is by far the best programming language to start with as a user, Because you might not have the basic concepts of programming paradigms and terms so it would be very useful in developing those, After able to write codes on your own and understand them correctly you can move on to learn a different programming language. I learned Python at first, Loved it. Had learned programming pretty much so when I joined university I had no problem in understanding the concepts of C++ because I'd already learned stuff on my own and other people in the class who were absolute absolute beginners were struggling much.
So I think Python should be your first choice
