You have no evidence to support that statement. cancer is a complex system and even if its never been definitively proven, there has in fact been studies that link weed to cancer. 1 study showed men under the age of 30 with Testicular Cancer were twice as likely to be regular pot smokers.

Not to mention that the same tar thats in cigarettes, long believed to be a cause of cancer, is also heavily present in weed.

But really, do you want to play russian roulette based on someone elses observations? it doesnt take a genius to figure out are bodies are not designed to consume carbon particles with other chemicals. it may or may not cause cancer specifically, but its not healthy.

I should have said that there is not enough evidence yet that supports it causes cancer instead of "It doesn't cause cancer".

As I said earlier I'm against smoking weed on a regular basis but it still can be used to help treat cancer or anxiety.

If however it is proved that it doesn't cause cancer it will still remain harmful for the body, in the end it's not really worth it.
