Nice that you respect ab, so do I, the reason I got that xmpp a while back (couple months ago) is because someone wanted to buy anything with ab in it for somereason lol, so I registered the xmpp after seeing they paid $200 for the hotmail acc. Yes I understand the token reset shit, timthumb in themes and shit yea, I usually just enumerate the plugins with something like wpscan and then if I have my own wp plugin vulns I add them into wpscan, if there aren't any I just go and audit the plugins, unless it's like aksimet and hello lol..I think you meant to say you can make magic quotes your bitch, it's deprecated and altho many production boxes rely on it to save them, it doesn't always work ; )..As for writing to the db that is usually a issue with the dbs user (ie can't write to the db..). So uh..I guess the jabber falsely implied that; only reason I'm still using that shit is to tick kids off lol.
