OK forget I said anything, the virus I got was probably something someone built way back when and set it free no doubt copied by a number of peopple and refined and such probably a fruitless idea

So how do I protect myself from futrure infasions? Are there any free antivirus packages out there that are any good?

Its easy to protect yourself from malicious file's with a good av and its easier if you know what to look for in a malicious file.

But bare in mind not every virus is detectable.
