I am here to learn, and so i would prefer a Sentry MBA tutorial that teaches me how to set up configs for a site, but just configs would be nice too. Also, any good proxy lists/checkers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need a large list of good proxys, some might be dead or blocked.
