Yeah, the only rules I follow are the password one and the IP one. I could care less if someone knew my name, where I lived, or my email, honestly
And no they don't log, it's also really cheap so that's why I recommend it.

I just store mine in a text file on multiple personal encrypted flash drives. Encrypted so that if someone else gets ahold of it, they won't be able to steal my accounts and multiple flash drives so that if I lose one, I'll still have the others.
