@Cressi, may you share your view on this?
Problem being that developers and creators are fairly limited in their way, and what with the grand versatility of them and the fact they are an extremely well developed asset, even down to the rookies, makes for higher pay, making people really want to take that route.
Nurses and doctors also have high payments, but as I've observed, the road there is much longer, the job itself has higher chances of more intense stress, and you must be absolutely stellar to perform as a doctor, whereas being a developer/etc. has wriggle room, because you can hotfix errors in computers but not so much in a patched up body.
As such I can see the creative job seekers increasing and the medical ones decreasing.
