Yeah but at the same time it's still an expense, if they could treat faster and go quicker they would make more money because there would be less patients in care. Especially with budget cuts that are costing jobs etc.

This is true, but with people aspiring to be creators and developers, not many people want to be a nurse or doctor. So the employment availability is low.
