AM, AV, FW, and Sandboxie are not all classified under AV.

The "best" AV is your brain. You don't need another one if you can properly use it.

In the case of infection, if you can find the source of infection and manually remove it, then you don't need shitty programs that charge a ridiculous $100 for a year. (Obviously, there are cracks, but that in and of itself is another risk you're taking.) Backdoors are more common than you think.

Also, reverse engineering is your friend when you download sketchy programs from sites such as this one.
