[Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Magic - 01-23-2013 Which anti virus do you guys think is the best overall one? RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Charon - 01-23-2013 I use MalwareBytes but I don't consider it as a "Anti-Virus." I think that a decent brain can keep most viruses away, just use your brain when you download something. I've never used any AV in 2 years now. But if I had to decide I think Kaspersky is quite good. Kaspersky is the best. Great live support, many extra functions, good malware defs. RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Kinanizer - 01-24-2013 I stopped using an AV a while ago, it just lags my PC and is unneeded. I use MB, Comodo Firewall, and the Vulcan scanner every now and again. RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Bannedshee - 01-24-2013 Microsoft Security Essentials and Avast are 2 that I've used. RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Magic - 01-24-2013 It looks like im the only one who really uses NSET NOD32 RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - Edward - 01-24-2013 (01-24-2013, 07:59 AM)Magic Wrote: It looks like im the only one who really uses NSET NOD32 Nope. It's dropping in popularity (in percentage) and isn't winning as many awards nor is it as renowned as other AVs today. Seems it's dropping out of business. RE: [Debate] Best Anti Virus? - pac - 01-24-2013 Common sense and comodo FW(plus VT and Anubis for suspicious files). AV's lags my computer although I have pretty decent computer and it failed me when I needed it. |
