I personally use http://www.nvpn.net/ , Its a very fast and cheap VPN service, also containing no logs, alot of people on HF and NGU uses this vpn due to the no logs. I've used nVPN and it worked well, just adding to the vouches for them.

Cyberghost is another excellent VPN service, but they have logs.
The neat part about them is that you get access to a large amount of VPNs (more than 30).
