Interesting .. [Port Forwarding] #1
So, for those of you who know what port-forwarding is, skip ahead.
And for those that don't:

Port-forwarding, in it's simplest explanation, is allowing applications
to have in-bound and out-bound traffic. An example would be a
Minecraft server, hosted off of a regular PC. For Minecraft people
generally use a port such as 25000, and he only way other players
can connect, however, is if the port is opened.

My error, though, is somewhat different.
My port 1021 used to be open.
Both TCP and UDP.
But, for some reason they are now always closed.

So far I have tried:

1) Getting a Static IP
2) Checking router interference
3) Removing Issues within Windows Firewall (As well as Router FW)
4) Using alternate ports.
5) PC and Router/Modem Hard Re-boots.
6) Auto Portforwarding, etc.

This is not my first time Port-forwarding, but for some reason it is being a bitch.

Thanks to anyone who has input.
