Or you can disconnect yourself from the internet and attempt to fix it like that as the hacker won't have access to your computer anymore.Ever heard of exploit kits? Didn't think so. They infect you while your browsing and you can't do jack shit. Also, scanning on VirusTotal will definitely help if they used a decent ass crypter.
