I can agree with what you're saying. But she really should of told him earlier on, but then again if she looks feminine enough to 'trick you' and not realize. Maybe it isn't a big deal. But I think he should return to talk to her. Then again the reaction is understandable but also a little unreasonable. And props to you for sharing that. <3

She passes as a female. If she is pre op then it's a different story, but saying 'I'm transgender' doesn't mean pre op.
