It's easy for me to go to the gym in the morning and once at the evening, and yes, I'm a beginner.

If you can hit the gym twice a day (ease into it initially) and can eat like a mad man, you will see some excellent results. The only reason this could go badly is if you don't eat enough. Smile
I eat what mom makes and sometimes I eat a cheese burger meal or something like that, but I've never planned on getting protein shakes, cause I think that's only for advanced gymnasts.
