I turn 37 this year. As a teenager, I was an anorexic goth kid, then had a brief military stint and got into health and exercise. I worked out every day and hard. I used a curl bar mostly for 100+ reps of 100 lbs. and did squats and stuff with it. I had a defined chest, stomach and arms, and got a lot of female attention.
I spent a while traveling and then became a trucker for a while. My muscles, especially my stomach, atrophied over time. I didn't have fat on my stomach but the muscles were so relaxed that I had a little beer belly because it was round. It was from sitting all day and working overtime. I was working 24/7 for months at a time just sitting.
So I stopped a few years ago. I found out about emsculpting and bought some treatments. I then found out I could just buy my own emsculpting machine really cheap (less than $1000) so I did. My stomach is still rock hard from using it last year. I used it every day for months at a time.
Now my job is at a warehouse and I walk 10+ miles EVERY DAY. I feel good and pretty healthy. I am not as athletic as I was 15 years ago but I'm not using weights. I do feel good, though, and eat a lot healthier than back then.
