And so it begins... #1
I've made some life decisions and have chosen to start training again. By training, I don't refer to that as going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. This is seriously going to consume my life.

I'll be training twice a day for 7 days a week. My goal? To deadlift 4 times my bodyweight. I think this is very achievable in a few years if I don't get injured or anything like that.

So, what am I going to be doing? Mostly squads and deadlifts, the occasional calf raise and GHR to fix up some imbalances. I'm going to have to work hard on my hip mobility and flexibility over the next few weeks to get back in shape.
