No, i wasn`t declined , i just applied for DV lottery program, i wasn`t selected to process further. (They select 120k people every year to enter into process. If you are selected into first place you are most likely to get green card if you don t have criminal background)

So what other alternatives are available? Surely what you've mentioned above, Isn't the only means of applying for Immigration. Personally, I'd create a list of applicable options and exhaust each and every channel to Its fullest extent.

Sooo unfortunately DV 2023 lottery has announced the winners and i wasn t selected this year also.... Alternatives?? As far as i know, ethically speaking, working visas as Oni said but in my field is very complicated to recognized my studies (Talking about electrical engineering since i didn t graduated in USA[it`s a filed that you need work certificate in every country that are you working in, is not like an software engineer where you just code, here you can kill peaople if you are not doing things properly], i`m still a student in Romania, europe). Other option i guess is Study Visa(Bdw i hate what i ` m studying now), but  you are not getting work permit and i m not coming from an wealthy family so i don t know how much it will cost to live and study there with no income or if there is any chance to get sponsored. Let`s say that i`m able to get my degree in USA, and get OPT there is a very little chance (same as dv lottery program 55k visas/ year) to be able to apply for H1B and than get the green card otherwise you have to come back yo your country home, my case Romania.
The thing is that is frustrating me so much that it takes soooo much time... is not like if you don t get the visa this month y`ll get a new chance next month, you have to wait another fiscal year!
I do have another question that i couldn`t find an answer if i`m entering USA on Tourist visa and i overstay, what rights do i have ? I mean i have to leave as an slave ?
