How can i immigrate to US? - Edysor2045 - 05-04-2022
Hi guys. My dream since i was a little kid is to immigrate to USA. I heard about the legal technique of doing it. Like DV lottery, merry a us citizen, family reunion, political asylum but i think that`s it and i only qualify for DV lottery but is something that i cannot control(I`m in NATO Europe state so i don t think i qualify for asylum. i have wife... and no familly in usa)... i apply already for one time without success. My question is if there is any other legal steps to get the permanent residency. Or if i go there illegal is any chance that i can get papers( real one not fake ones). Or is that thing legit where can i get full documents from darkweb ?

There's no cheat code, to my knowledge. You might be qualified to visit via the ESTA/Visa Waiver program, but you're expected to leave after 90 days. If you don't, you risk being banned from the country. There is also the possibility of H1 visas (for specialized work) or crossing over from a neighboring country. Neither of these establish permanent residency.

If you have formal qualifications (i.e. degree) for electrical engineering and computer science, your odds are better than average for sure. You'll need to find a company willing to sponsor you and prove that you have qualifications that might otherwise be difficult to find.

So what other alternatives are available? Surely what you've mentioned above, Isn't the only means of applying for Immigration. Personally, I'd create a list of applicable options and exhaust each and every channel to Its fullest extent.

The thing is that is frustrating me so much that it takes soooo much time... is not like if you don t get the visa this month y`ll get a new chance next month, you have to wait another fiscal year!
I do have another question that i couldn`t find an answer if i`m entering USA on Tourist visa and i overstay, what rights do i have ? I mean i have to leave as an slave ?

You're best bet is either H1B visa, or F1 visa (student). It may be worth seeing if you can get scholarships. Apply to any that you may fit the bill for, especially in STEM. You are often permitted specific allowance of work related to your field of study. That can help get your foot in the door (as long as it's very specialised) for an H1B. For a company to hire you on an H1B, they essentially need to prove to their government why they need to hire you over a US citizen who may have the same qualifications. H1B allows you to stay for 3 years, then renewed another 3 I believe. After so many years working in the US, you can begin the process of naturalization to get citizenship.
