No, i wasn`t declined , i just applied for DV lottery program, i wasn`t selected to process further. (They select 120k people every year to enter into process. If you are selected into first place you are most likely to get green card if you don t have criminal background)

There's no cheat code, to my knowledge. You might be qualified to visit via the ESTA/Visa Waiver program, but you're expected to leave after 90 days. If you don't, you risk being banned from the country. There is also the possibility of H1 visas (for specialized work) or crossing over from a neighboring country. Or if i go there illegal is any chance that i can get papers( real one not fake ones). Or is that thing legit where can i get full documents from darkweb ?

Thanks for your message. With the first visa`s option you don t get work permit... so that mean you can only be there as an visitor. And about H1 i`m year 3/4 in electrical engineer and computer science university, do i qualify for H1 ?

If you have formal qualifications (i.e. degree) for electrical engineering and computer science, your odds are better than average for sure. You'll need to find a company willing to sponsor you and prove that you have qualifications that might otherwise be difficult to find.
