I believe that I've found a crack that works, comes with serial keys and an installer, but you can just get the latest version from the official Faronics website and use these serial keys when the installer asks you for a serial key in the installation:
(Make sure to disconnect internet before running the installer though)

Do the keys not work to begin with, or Is the license/registration deactivated after connecting to the net?

I've tried the first key and that seems to work, the software says "Full [Licensed]" and has an unlimited expiration time. The client software to actually control the state of the computer (thawed / frozen) says that it has "Pending activation" and needs to connect to the Faronics activation server to actually activate it, or "offline" activation where you recieve an email from Faronics support with a file that finally activates the software..

Even if I click "Activate Online" without internet it will say that I don't have internet and cancel the process.

So the software isn't actually activated with the serial key, it needs to be verified by connecting to their server or a file from Faronics support.. and THEN the software will actually get activated.. fckin heck
