At the end of December, the ARGB/fan controller on my Coolermaster C700M (~$500) case went bad. I sent a support ticket, an RMA request, and tried reaching out to the company on all of their socials. No reply after waiting over 3 months. There's been other claims of faulty ARGB/fan controllers, and others have had the same issue. 

For a long time I had a great opinion of Coolermaster, as I'd used their CPU coolers/peripherals. However, my recent experience was so terrible I figured I should leave a warning for others that might be looking to buy a new case. There aren't a lot of cases out there with great cooling, but my current recommendation is Fractal Design.
