A West Virginia woman admitted in federal court this week that she arranged for a police chief to rape a teenage girl in her family for as little as $50, authorities said.

I mean, it is egregious this transpired and this whole story is just "it cannot get worse" followed immediately by it getting worse, but $50 - seriously? That is only marginally more than what a methed-out crackhead would ask.
