A West Virginia woman admitted in federal court this week that she arranged for a police chief to rape a teenage girl in her family for as little as $50, authorities said.

I mean, it is egregious this transpired and this whole story is just "it cannot get worse" followed immediately by it getting worse, but $50 - seriously? That is only marginally more than what a methed-out crackhead would ask.

Fucking disgusting. I personally know girls who sell themselves on Snapchat for more than $50. How the fuck do you pawn your daughter off like this as it's some sort of sweepstake? The mother and the Police involved need to be held responsible now.
