Employers are allowed under federal law to require workers to get a COVID-19 vaccine before they can physically return to the workplace

In my view, employees shouldn't be forced to get vaccinated, but rather get tested prior to returning to work- which Is a much more effective approach.

In my locality, people are not tested at the time of vaccination so If they already have the virus, It'll defeat the purpose of getting vaccinated for the purpose of returning to work.
