In my view, employees shouldn't be forced to get vaccinated, but rather get tested prior to returning to work- which Is a much more effective approach.

In my locality, people are not tested at the time of vaccination so If they already have the virus, It'll defeat the purpose of getting vaccinated for the purpose of returning to work.

The frequency of your testing Is an excellent approach, which I believe should be a mandatory requirement for (but not limited to) those who're vulnerable to being Infected.

Absolutely, any protection Is better than no protection. And that applies to everything In life.

I had no Idea of Its Inaccuracy. Is It solely related to the lateral flow test?
