Depends on your CPU. Higher core count generally will mean lower maximum overlock. Not always though, I overclocked my 3950x to 4.5GHz all-core stable. Kind of also depends on the silicon lottery, because I know some people can’t get over 4.3 all-core on the same CPU.
And I also have a higher core count than you, so if I can keep up with "titans" like you, maybe it isnt so bad for me, but.....
maybe you should turn up the overclock volume a bit more?
im not gonna overclock a 10 year old laptop, its like a 90yr grandad doing cocaine
