I understand that, and I've said that I have connected to many different countries without Issues- which may Incorporate a particular locale.

I mean, locale of your web browser. This is not related to your IP/VPN/etc in any way, just your browser/OS configuration.
But if you did try some different locale configurations maybe you got lucky Wink
