So... invite only... that's an interesting turn.
FART BUBBLES!

Mum always said I had terrible timing on doing things. Heh.

So, the forum is converting to invite-only. That's really interesting. I anticipate on what's going to happen in the future.

It will be interesting to see this forum being invite only.
It would also be cool to see some of the old members return, it's a little green in here.

This is neat. The gaming community is very good. But I just play my games, I don't rally discuss them.

Invite only?
Interesting move.. Will kinda stop this forum developing further though, if you want it to anyways.

Definitely not. It will just change the course of development. Rather than have a large amount of users that rarely contribute, we will have a smaller amount that contribute more.

Green? And yes, I agree. I will probably contact old members.

Seriously Anar? A minecancer server? Does anyone still play that game? It was good for like a year. I mean really. Bad Anarchist!

Uh yeah, people still play it. The MCCommunity is actually still vibrant and very active if you check their forums.
I still play it in fact. Plus, it's nothing out of this world to have an MC server. Lots of people play it, it sets up easy, and there's no shortage of options in the hosting department. It's a good way to start generating activity in an otherwise stagnant gaming community.
Not saying you're forced to like it, just accept the fact that it'll be there and has good chances of being an asset.

The only thing I'm hoping for, even though it'd be insanely unlikely, is hosting Dota games, since I miss the Frozen Throne times, or even Counter Strike. But I can dream, eh?
I'm a sucker for nostalgia.

Edit Note: Any ETA 'till the invite-only system takes effect? (Or is it written and I didn't read it because I'm all derpy-eyed?).

Pff. 99% of the minecraft community are 6-12 year old kids going around using public cheats thinking they're leet hakers and sometimes they go around on skype trying to resolve your IP so they can LOIC you and then when their own internet starts to lag they start laughing because they think its me and then I facepalm and block them and uninstall their shitty game and never visit it again.

Do you really want those kinds of people on this site?
