Nothing I think you can really do, the youtube copyright system is broken along with the fact that it has a long ass form that needs legal information and more. I'm pretty sure the user you've claimed can see your legal information as well when you send it. Could attempt to contact the user and threaten them into removing it, which I doubt they'll do. I'd say put watermarks in your videos in the future with your channel link so this can't happen again.

You can file a copyright claim on the videos that were stolen, since he used your videos without your consent.I agree

I truly think that YouTube, and other video sharing resources, should invent more technologies and methods for preventing such uploads of dupes. Talking of which, what alternatives of YouTube do you usually watch? I've found Utreon few weeks ago, and it seems like pretty reliable platform of social media. Here is a video ( url: [Link Redacted] ) called "How to Add & Use Rythm 2 Bot in Discord Server", which I opened my eyes on some things about Discord.
