You can file a copyright claim on the videos that were stolen, since he used your videos without your consent.

TL;DR: you can fuck him up easily, you can technically strike other of his videos if he does the same on others, remember, 3 strikes will get his channel deleted (don't try to false copyright strike, make sure the video has enough evidence to make him get a strike)

It's generally the best option but If you don't have a copyright disclaimer In effect, he/she can simply say that you gave permission to distribute your content.

Unless copyright disclaimer measures are put In place by the uploader, It can be a difficult and lengthy process to take action.
