ISPs and cell-providers have been pretty vulnerable for a good period of time. Using the guise of mother with a crying baby definitely went in her favor, as she's pretty convincing.

the baby crying is a tactic they didn't really talk about, but who wants to be on the other end of that phone hearing non stop crying, they are going to want to take care of you quick as possible. So amazed by that, its almost like a method within its own.
