ISPs and cell-providers have been pretty vulnerable for a good period of time. Using the guise of mother with a crying baby definitely went in her favor, as she's pretty convincing.

There's quite a number of similar (SEing) videos on YouTube, so when you have the time, have a look- they're certainly worthy of viewing.

the baby crying is a tactic they didn't really talk about, but who wants to be on the other end of that phone hearing non stop crying, they are going to want to take care of you quick as possible. So amazed by that, its almost like a method within its own.

It's not that, but rather to suit the environment of the SEing attack.

She played the role of a mother who was In a hurry to sort out her Inquiry and to do that, she used the urgency of attending to her baby.
