Some things I'd normally do:

1. Force myself to sleep
2. Think of something I love to do, or would love to do.
3. Think of a pretty girl you have/have had a crush on, always works for me.
4. Take some sleeping pills or pills that have side effects that can put you to sleep
5. Stay on CG till like 8pm after you woke up at 3pm the day before.

LOL thinking will make stay up much longer. > _ < Especially when I'm thinking of my crush. : P

EDIT: btw you have 1,666 post. : O

Your sleep is actually accurate. This means you've slept for a total of 9 hours and the human body needs a suggested 8 hours of sleep each day.

But it's not normal waking up at 5 in the afternoon. I can't do so many things. I want to work out so I want to wake up early. o. o
