Sleeping problems - OversouL - 04-04-2013 So as the title says I have been having a hard time lately. I can't sleep till it's like 3-5 am in the morning. Some times I fall asleep at 7 am and I wake up 1-3 PM. So I was hoping someone could help me. Also I can't control thinking when I'm in bed there's always questions and things that I can think of. It might be causing me not to sleep well. I also think of sometimes of CG. : $ Sleeping problems - Mod Mark - 04-04-2013 Either your sleeping pattern is fucked up or you need sleeping tablets. Sleeping problems - raz0r_CnC - 04-05-2013 Heres something that actually works, it may sound like bullshit but it isn't. Stay up ALL day, until you want to start sleeping so maybe like 8 PM, stay up sleep at 8 PM and you wake up at like 7. Then you'll get tired around 9 and 10, and you're set. If not, go to Walgreen and buy Melatonin, its a sleeping medicine. It sounds to me like you may have insomnia, I have that, and melatonin helps a little. RE: Sleeping problems - Nature - 04-05-2013 If I think too much in my sleep, I end up being paranoid and eventually ruining my entire night. I do this when I want to sort my sleeping pattern out, it will work as long as you don't fall asleep at like 1 in the afternoon, then you're really fucked! Sleeping problems - Goku - 04-05-2013 I have the same problem... I can go work 14 hour shifts, then come home and not be able to fall asleep till 8 in the morning. I don't like it : @ RE: Sleeping problems - OversouL - 04-05-2013 (04-05-2013, 02:22 AM)raz0r Wrote: Heres something that actually works, it may sound like bullshit but it isn't. I tried it I can't sleep until the time got to 5:30 am I tried staying up but I fell asleep in the sofa at 8:00 am then I woke up at 5:00 pm o. o Sleeping problems - Phobia - 04-05-2013 Well shit, I'm still up as well man. Sucks. Sleeping problems - Feat - 04-05-2013 I know what you're dealing with, as I deal with it too. Some things I'd normally do: 1. Force myself to sleep 2. Think of something I love to do, or would love to do. 3. Think of a pretty girl you have/have had a crush on, always works for me. 4. Take some sleeping pills or pills that have side effects that can put you to sleep 5. Stay on CG till like 8pm after you woke up at 3pm the day before. |
