whether aliens have visited us or not is irrelevant... if they have got this far i am positive that that they would have the technology to make themselves undetectable to us.... the distances they would have to travel are mind boggling so the technology would be way outside anything we can so far comprehend... there are between 500 billion and 1 trillion galaxies at an estimate with each 1 of these containing between 50 billion and 1 trillion stars (average about 250 billion)... that makes for an immeasurable amount of planets ... it is impossible that this tiny little piece of rock is the only place to have life amongst all that ... so YES aliens DO exist ..(they just live too far away !)

I do believe there are "aliens" or other life forms on other planets. How arrogant and ignorant can we be as a so called advanced species for us to think that among all of the other planets, in the other galaxies, among the universe and possible multiverses, how can we believe that we are the only sentient beings or at the very least the only "living" beings? There has to be some other form of life somewhere else. Just because we aren't aware of it/them yet doesn't make it/them any less real or probable.

yes, because if we exist then other beings must exist out there somewhere. I think it's a little naive and conceited to think that we are the only ones when there are three other quadrants of space that extend for a hundred thousand light years.

The universe is HUGE. You have no idea how much of a small speck in the universe we are. There is a pretty big chance that there are other intelligent lifeforms out there.
