For you to answer Coping with depression you need to know how you're depressed. I myself have been 'diagnosed' with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) and I've had it since Elementary School. (My ex-therapist was not good at her job, I don't think MDD causes a feeling of emotionless for 3+ years and an apathetic consciousness. She shouldn't be a therapist and she shouldn't be allowed to diagnose.)
Types of Depression
Things I do when I'm depressed:
Types of Depression
- Major Depressive Disorder
- Catatonic Depression
- Seasonal Affective Disorder
- Dysthymia (Chronic Depression)
- Atypical Depression
- Melancholic Depression
Things I do when I'm depressed:
- Write poetry
- Music binge
- Game (I usually game but it began making me more depressed)
- Exercise
- Cry (A good crying spell helps)
- Watch anime/tv (Escaping helps)
