Coping with depression - Kayo - 10-27-2016

This is something just about everyone faces. So, with that being said. What methods do you usually use to cope with such?
Personally I just listen to music and it does the trick after a while.

(Couldn't think of a discussion to post so this works because just about everyone deals with it from time to time.)

I don't have depression so I wouldn't know how people dealt with it. :p

I'm with Zodiac on this one. I do hear that depression does get bad sometimes so that doesn't sound great. :/

I had a friend who still is depressed and he really doesn't help himself. He didn't go to school for over a year and never went out with friends. He would spend all night on XBOX and would shout at his mum for buying him the wrong game.

That's how some people are. You get to the point where you don't want people to see you or go out.
