IT depends on what type of biased mind set you have for for "intelligent". But I think their are civilizations out there that surpass our own in technology.

I've never herd of this theory for why human beings were created. Please link me to a study that tells us exactly that we were created from a specific super nova because I don't think it's possible that only one created us and or thats why we were created 100%
