ESET + Norton works extremely well for me.

You use them both at the same time and it doesn't cause problems? o.O

I've been using Norton from back In the days when Norton SystemWorks was pretty popular, and when the firewall and AntiSpam were both separate entities. By memory, that was around 11 years ago.
