Depressed 06-29-2014, 11:31 PM

Lately I've been feeling really down, depressed and unmotivated for no apperent reason.
Today I was super sad and felt like I was about to start crying.
It's super late, and I can't sleep for one bit.
I didn't have any clue why I was being this way, so I googled up "Depression for no reason".
I came across this Depression test, and I answered some questions.
My ending results where that I may have Cyclothymia.
I read on a bit what it was and everything was very accurate on my behavior and such.
These are some symptoms of Cyclothymia:
Reduced ability to concentrate, easily distracted
Sleep difficulties, excessive energy
Heightened irritability
Reduced inhibitions, may make foolish decisions
Hypomania lasts between several days and several weeks
Depressive Phase
Feelings of inadequacy, low self-confidence
Difficulty falling asleep, unrestful sleep
Fatigue, lack of energy
Negative thinking, feelings of guilt and sadness
Loss of interest in formerly enjoyable activities
Depression lasting between several days and several weeks
The cycling between phases must be present for at least two years for a diagnosis (one year for teenagers). Work and family life are often negatively affected by the shifting moods.
I haven't been so active on HC for a while now, but when I get my stuff together I'll be a bit more active.
