Comments #9, #10, #11, and #13 are solely directed at the Author of the thread whilst apparently also seeking to clarify if an Exe. file was inferred as being the method of installing the APK file or if it is even possible seeing as how the link in aforementioned Author's download link is indeed an Exe. file.
To clarify mind you, to clarify.
Meanwhile, I'm downloading the Exe. file the Author has linked to as we speak as a matter of my own curiosity.

File is deprecated due to it being for the Android 2.3 series circa 2009.
Again, deprecated Executable which at that time certain rooting mechanisms were built to be installed onto a Windows operating system as a more "automated" means of rooting aforementioned Android mobile device.
Be that as it may, VirusTotal still indicates 4/45 with low percentage of probability.
