RE: Heart Attack #11
Sometimes I wake up in de middle of the night with a shock, having a sharp pain in my chest. I can't breath for like half a minute, Feeling like I have to throw up. Afterwards I have blurred vision and pain in my head. Then I slowly can breath again. And have a high heart beat rate.
I had it last night and it's not actually the first time. So could this be a heart attack?

Doesn't sound like one, you wouldn't get it so often, if you had a heart attack, you would have to be hospitalized (usually). Maybe you had just a bad dream and you wake up in a shock. However, doctor will tell you more, you can't solve your medical trouble on the internet (at least not yet anyway...).

If you state it so. It could proberly be because of my Claustrophobia?
Or could it be because of a low blood pressure. Anyway I will contact a doctor.

Psychical problems and especially disorders (like that anxiety disorder, which can be linked to other trouble) are one of the worst ones. First, they can cause you a lot of physical problems without any physical reason, like thinking you have heart attack or having various aches all the time, sometimes even a lot of pain.

Second, their own symptoms are quite troublesome, disrupt your life and things you do and how you behave, often without your even realizing it's happening, at least not during the problematic episode itself. And third, it's how people you know treat you. Many will treat you like garbage with onset of your symptoms, even people who you thought were friends or were friendly when your problems didn't show up, but once they do, they stab you in the back, tell you horrible things and throw away, even if you say sorry and try to explain, but many people (including some here) just hate people that are not normal and hurt them.

It's like in the story "Flowers for Algernon", where author addressed treatment of people who are not normal, who have some mental disorder, like the main character. It said "I was wondering why the people who would never dream of laughing at a blind or a crippled man would laugh at a moron?". Even though in the story it applied to a mental retardation, it's true for other disorders as well.

Hmm sorry, I guess I got kinda carried away... Then again, what is there to discuss other than "go to the doctor".
