Hmm... Its perfectly normal. I understand how you must feel yourself right know.(little question I don't really know the meaning of a stroke is it a bleeding in the brain?) if so my uncle died on this about 5 months ago. It's diffrent than your mom but yeah...I don't really know what to say . but it's normal that you are not looking out for next mond. Christmas, family time, being "happy" together... Altough here are some tips:
Talk about it:
With friends, family, some people prefer a stranger I'm sure there will be peopl with the same problem.
write your feelings of you
take some time take a pen and paper and start writting evrything you think about. Some people use it as a to do list but others like me prefer to burn it as symbol off this is the past. (!But never forget the people who yo love!)
Don't crop your feelings
Man DO cry. let your emotions go. I advise you to do this when your alone in a room. If you cry on the street people will look strange.
PM me If you want to know something more, or just want to chat. It can really help to talk about it it's perfect normal to think about it.
