Anyway to make your own Anti-Virus?

OK... I was just making fun of the guy who sold him a VB.Net AV source code. Cause you see, I saw one before in supportforums and it works too... Thats it ^_^

If you want to make one for sure in AutoIt3, there is a SQLite database with the programming language files... So makes the work easier. If you need any help with starting autoit3 if your interested just drop me a PM Smile

You could start basic like reading binaries for known strings + scanning for MD5 hashes using vb.net code
this are the more simple ways but if you wanna start something big and wanna make sales like those other security companies are doing then you should know alot more.

its more of a personal thing i want, since i do not have one, and just would be nice to have my own.

Well if you anti-virus isn't better than professional antivirus', which it probably wont be unless your a really good programmer, then just get a free one like Avast or AVG. If you got all the detection algorithm really good, there would also be the problem of the virus database, which would have to be collected over time.
